7.4.6.2. Check of a technical conditionCheck up a technical condition of the details entering into the complete set of a semiaxis, and make sure that:
– The ball-bearing is not worn out and not damaged; if the axial backlash in it exceeds 0,7 mm, replace the bearing;

If deterioration or damage of the details established on a semiaxis is found out, replace their new with observance of mentioned below rules and with use of special adaptations. An insignificant bend of a core of a semiaxis eliminate editing. After editing of a core of a semiaxis palpation of an end face of the flange, measured in the centres, should not exceed 0,05 mm. If palpation of an end face of a flange over specified, but no more than 0,08 mm it is supposed it проточка for elimination of face palpation. Reduction of a thickness of a flange, at the expense of it проточки, is supposed no more, than on 0,2 mm.
