7.4.13. Check of contact of teeths of gear wheels of the main transferArrangement of a stain of contact in gearing of gear wheels of the main transfer

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. For definitive check at the stand of quality of gearing of gear wheels of the main transfer:
– Establish the adjusted reducer on the stand and grease working surfaces of teeths of a conducted gear wheel with a thin layer lead окиси;
– Start the stand; stand levers brake rotation of the established semiaxes that under loading on surfaces of teeths of a conducted gear wheel there were traces of contact to teeths of a leading gear wheel;
– Change a direction of rotation of the stand and, braking, receive contact traces on other party of teeths of a conducted gear wheel that corresponds to car movement back. |
2. Gearing is considered normal if on both parties of teeths of a conducted gear wheel the contact stain is in regular intervals located more close to a narrow end face of a tooth, occupying two thirds of its length and without leaving on top and the tooth basis – е. Cases of a wrong divergence of a stain of contact on a working surface of a tooth – and, in, with, d. |
3. Knot dismantling is necessary for adjustment of correct position of a leading gear wheel with ring replacement. |
4. At assemblage repeat all operations on a preliminary tightness of roller bearings of a leading gear wheel, on check of the moment of resistance проворачиванию, on a preliminary tightness of roller bearings of a box of differential and on adjustment of a lateral backlash of gearing of gear wheels of the main transfer. |
