On the car the four-speed transmission with synchronizers on all transfers of a forward course is established.

The transmission consists from primary 11, secondary 27 and intermediate 5 shaft, картера 16 and the gear change mechanism.

The primary shaft 11 is made as a single whole with a gear wheel 18 constant gearings. It rotates on two ball bearings, forward запрессован in a nest of an end face of a cranked shaft, the back bearing 14 is placed in картере transmissions and condensed with an epiploon 13.

The secondary shaft 27 is established in three bearings. The forward needle bearing 19 is established in расточке a primary shaft, the average bearing 30 – ball, запрессован in a nest картера 16 transmissions, the back bearing 46 placed in a nest of a back cover 49, condensed with an epiploon 41. On secondary to a shaft 28 first transfers, a gear wheel 25 second transfers, a gear wheel 24 third transfers are freely located a gear wheel; they are in constant gearing with the gear wheels of an intermediate shaft with the same name.

On the forward end of a secondary shaft there are three шлица on which the nave sliding муфты 21 synchronizers III and IV transfers is located. The nave 26 sliding муфты the synchronizer I and II transfers is connected with shaft similarly. The gear wheel 31 backings fastens on a shaft шпонкой. On a back neck of a shaft the leading gear wheel 47 drives of a speedometer is placed. The flange 42 elastic муфты карданного a shaft насажен on шлицы a shaft also is fixed by a nut 43.

The intermediate shaft 5 is made as a single whole with the block of gear wheels and leans against two bearings; the forward bearing 6 – ball, is fixed on a shaft by a washer 8 and a bolt 7, the back bearing – roller, cylindrical. On шлицах a shaft the gear wheel 52 backings is located.

The intermediate gear wheel 51 backings freely rotates on an axis 53, запрессованной in apertures картера a transmission and its back cover 49.

Synchronizers of all transfers have an identical design. Each of them consists of a nave 26, муфты 21, blocking rings 22 and springs 23. The nave is rigidly connected with secondary shaft. On external шлицах naves it is located sliding муфта. The blocking ring the internal wreath incorporates to a wreath of the synchronizer of a gear wheel of any transfer of a forward course and is constantly drawn in towards sliding муфты.

The gear change is carried out by means of the mechanical drive consisting of three rods 16, 17, 18 (fig. a gear change Drive see) on which plugs 14, 15, 1, entering into bores sliding муфт synchronizers of transfers of a forward course are fixed. And the plug 1 enters into ring bore of an intermediate gear wheel of a backing. Rods are kept in the neutral and included position by ball clamps 23, and simultaneous inclusion of two transfers is prevented by the lock 19.

The lever of a gear change compound, its bottom part incorporates to the top part through демпферное the device (poses. 9, 10, 11, 12). Such connection allows to remove a transmission from the car without "superfluous" dismantling. The lever of a gear change is located with the head in a spherical support 4 and is drawn in to it by a spring 7 through a spherical washer 6. Проворачивание the lever it is prevented by a pin which enters into an aperture of a spherical head of the lever and a support 4.
