| 2. Remove a plug of a drive of deenergizing of coupling, and from the directing plug of a forward cover of a transmission – муфту in gathering with the bearing and a connecting spring. |
| 3. Remove картер couplings with a lining and a forward cover of a transmission (together with an epiploon and a spring washer) (fig. the Interior картера couplings see). |
| 4. Remove a drive of a speedometer with a lining and the switch of a lantern of a backing, being careful not to deform its case. |
| 5. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a plug of switching III and IV transfers. Establish on a primary shaft a clamp 41.7816.4068 or simultaneously include two transfers. It will prevent проворачивание primary, secondary and intermediate shaft and will allow to execute the subsequent operations on dismantling. |

6. Remove a lock ring from the end of a secondary shaft of a transmission. |

7. Having unbent a lock washer, turn away a nut on some turns to shift aligning ring elastic муфты, and again wrap a nut. Pusher А.40006/1 with stripper А.40005/4 remove from the end of a secondary shaft aligning ring elastic муфты карданного a shaft. |

8. Remove from the end of a secondary shaft a sealant of an aligning ring elastic муфты, turn away a nut and a stripper 4 А.40005/3/9B/9 remove a flange elastic муфты 1 (2 – bolts of fastening of the adaptation to a flange; 3 – a lath 9С stripper А.40005/3). |
| 9. Remove a back cover of a transmission, having turned away a nut of its fastening and the screw 4 (fig. the Interior of a back cover of a transmission) restrictions of a cross-section course of the lever see, and also having moved to the left the gear change lever to release it from rods of inclusion of transfers. |
| 10. Remove from a secondary shaft the back bearing. Remove a leading gear wheel of a drive of a speedometer. |
| 11. Remove from a rod of inclusion of a backing a plug with the remote plug, and from an axis – an intermediate gear wheel of a backing. |

12. Remove a lock ring of a leading gear wheel of a backing from an intermediate shaft; remove a gear wheel and a spring washer. |
| 13. Remove a lock ring of a conducted gear wheel of a backing from a secondary shaft, pressing оправкой 41.7816.4069 spring washer to unload a lock ring. Remove a conducted gear wheel of a backing and a spring washer. |
| 14. By means of figured оправок (type of screw-drivers) and rod выколоток take out from картера transmissions forward and back bearings промежупромежуточного a shaft. On internal rings двухрядного the forward bearing put labels on which these rings establish on former places in an external ring of the bearing. |

15. Take out from картера transmissions an intermediate shaft, inclining it, as is shown in drawing. |
| 16. Uncover 20 (fig. a gear change Drive see) clamps of rods together with a lining, take out springs and balls of clamps. Take out from картера transmissions a rod 18 backings, a rod of 17 plugs of switching III and IV transfers. Turn away a bolt of fastening of a plug I and II transfers, take out a rod and plugs. Taking out rods, simultaneously remove three blocking crackers 19. |

Turn away screws of fastening of a lock plate of the intermediate bearing of a secondary shaft a drill-screw-driver and remove a lock plate of the intermediate bearing of a secondary shaft and an axis of an intermediate gear wheel of a backing (an arrow the direction of a shock course of a holder of a screw-driver is shown at blow by a hammer). |

18. With the help оправок (type of screw-drivers) take out a primary shaft together with the bearing and a ring of the synchronizer and remove the needle bearing from the forward end of a secondary shaft. |

19. Beat out from the intermediate bearing a secondary shaft, take out the intermediate bearing and, having inclined, as is shown in drawing, take from картера a secondary shaft in gathering with gear wheels, муфтами and rings of synchronizers. Remove from a shaft муфту the synchronizer III and IV transfers. |

| 24. Remove a cuff 19 (fig. of the Detail of the lever of a gear change see), a cover 20 levers, then a lock ring 14, a washer 13, a spring 12 and a spherical washer 11. |
| 25. Turn away a nut of fastening of a flange 16, disconnect оттяжную a spring 3 levers from an ear of a bolt 1 and remove the lever together with a flange, a support 10 and a cup 5. |
