On the car the one-disk, dry, constantly closed coupling, with central press диафрагменной a spring and гасителем крутильных fluctuations on a conducted disk is established.

The leading part of coupling – not folding knot, includes a casing 18 (fig. Coupling in gathering see) couplings, a press disk 4 and диафрагменную a press spring 2. The coupling casing fastens to a flywheel 6 adjusting pins and bolts 8. The press disk 4 is connected to a casing 18 three steams of steel plates, each of which one end приклепана to a casing, and another – to a press disk. Through clamps the press disk incorporates to an external edge диафрагменной springs 2 which leans against two rings 17 round sections motionlessly fixed on a casing by step rivets 3.

The conducted disk 5 – steel, has radial cuts which divide it into twelve sectors, unbent every which way. To disk sectors, independently from each other, frictional overlays fasten rivets. For clearing крутильных fluctuations the conducted disk is connected to a nave with the help гасителя крутильных fluctuations (демпфера).

Drive of deenergizing of coupling the hydraulic. It consists of the main cylinder 2 (fig. the Pedal and the main cylinder of a drive of coupling see), the cylinder of deenergizing of coupling 10 (fig. the Working cylinder and a plug of deenergizing of coupling see), plugs 3 and the bearing of 1 deenergizing of coupling, a reserve tank and a pedal of coupling with сервопружиной. The tank and drive cylinders are connected among themselves by pipelines.

From June, 1972 till November, 1978 on described cars the arm of pedals of coupling and a brake, let out specially for these models was established. Since December, 1978 the arm unified in a place of fastening, for cars with the vacuum amplifier and without it is established. On the unified arms the pedal of coupling from the car VAZ 2103 is established.
