7.1.3. Prorolling of a hydrodrive of couplingAbout air in a coupling hydrodrive tells incomplete deenergizing of coupling, and also "softness" of a pedal of coupling.
Removal of air from a hydrodrive
| PERFORMANCE ORDER
| 1. Clear a tank and the union for prorolling of a dust and a dirt.
|2. Check up liquid level in a tank of a hydrodrive and if necessary add a liquid.
| 3. Put on a head of the union 9 (fig. the Working cylinder and a plug of deenergizing of coupling) the working cylinder a hose see and ship its bottom end in a vessel with a liquid for a hydrodrive (30-50).
|4. Sharply press 3–5 times a pedal of coupling with intervals between pressing 2–3 with and, keeping a pedal in the pressed position, turn away the union 9 on 1/2–3/4 turns, superseding pressing a pedal a liquid being in system together with air through a hose in a vessel.
|5. After the coupling pedal will reach extreme forward position and the liquid expiration through a hose will stop, wrap the union to the full.
|6. Repeat the specified operations to a full exit of vials from a hose.
|7. Holding a pedal of coupling pressed, wrap the union against the stop and remove a hose, put on a cap the union, preliminary having wiped it dry.
At prorolling watch liquid level in a hydrodrive tank. It should be above an aperture of the tube connecting a tank with the main cylinder of coupling. The end of a hose for prorolling should be constantly shipped in a liquid.
After prorolling finish liquid level in a tank to the bottom edge of a jellied mouth.
If, despite long prorolling, the hose leaves air vials, check up reliability of fastening of connections, find out, whether is not present on tubes of cracks or подтекания in connections with unions. Air penetration through the damaged sealing rings of the main thing or the worker of cylinders is possible.
