Editing of a conducted disk of coupling
The control is spent on the basis which simulates a flywheel of the engine and has a metal intermediate ring in 4 thickness of 8,2 mm, replacing a conducted disk (fig. the coupling Control see). Having fixed a coupling casing, execute four courses of deenergizing, putting loading no more than 1372 Н (140 кгс) on a persistent flange of a press spring. To a course of deenergizing of 8 mm there should correspond moving of a press disk on 1,6–1,7 mm (the least admissible – 1,4 mm).
The distance from the basis to a working surface of a frictional ring of a persistent flange should be 40–43 mm. In the course of work, at the expense of deterioration of rubbing surfaces of disks of coupling, this size increases. If it reaches 48 mm or moving of a press disk there will be less than 1,4 mm, a coupling casing in gathering with a press disk replace.
Frictional overlays of a conducted disk replace at occurrence растрескиваний, distance reduction between a rivet and a working surface to 0,2 mm, and also at unilateral teases. At repair of a conducted disk and replacement of frictional overlays use оправкой 67.7851.9500, the conductor 67.7822.9517 (fig. Replacement of frictional overlays of a conducted disk see) and equipment 67.7813.9503. Razvaltsovannye rivets should not have ruptures. Palpation of a working surface of frictional overlays should not exceed 0,5 mm. If it is more, a disk correct (fig. Editing of a conducted disk of coupling) see or replace new. At occurrence on a conducted disk or springs демпфера cracks, replace a conducted disk in gathering.
