7.2.4. Check of a technical condition


1. Before survey of a detail of a transmission carefully clear. A brush or a scraper remove all adjournment and clear apertures and шлицы of possible pollution; then wash out to eliminate and dissolve all rests of oil.
2. Blow in details a stream of compressed air and accurately wipe them. Especially carefully blow bearings, directing a stream of compressed air so that there was no fast rotation of rings.


On картере there should not be cracks, and on a surface расточек for bearings – deterioration or damages.

On surfaces of interface with картером couplings, with back and bottom covers should not be damages to prevent a divergence of axes and the insufficient tightness causing leak of oil. Insignificant damages smooth a file. If details are too damaged or worn out, replace new.

Check up a condition of a forward cover and be convinced that the primary shaft at rotation does not concern it. If it is established несоосность a shaft and a cover, replace the damaged details. Check up, whether the drain aperture of oil in a cover of a primary shaft (it is shown by a white arrow on fig. the Interior картера couplings) is littered. Clear a stopper of a drain aperture.


Check up epiploons and be convinced of absence of damages, inadmissible deterioration and roughnesses on working edges. Deterioration of working edges of epiploons on width is supposed no more than 1 mm. At detection even insignificant defect epiploons replace new.


On working surfaces and шлицах a secondary shaft damages and excessive deterioration are not supposed; the flange elastic муфты should slide freely without jammings on шлицах. On surfaces качения needles on the forward end of a shaft should not be roughnesses and задиров. Check up a condition of surfaces качения needles in an aperture of a primary shaft.

Examine an intermediate shaft at which it is not supposed выкрашивание or excessive deterioration of teeths.

The surface of an axis of a gear wheel of a backing should be absolutely smooth, without jamming traces. Size of an assembly backlash between an axis and the plug of an intermediate gear wheel of a backing of 0,056-0,09 mm, a maximum permissible backlash of 0,15 mm. Backlash size check, having measured diameters of an axis and the gear wheel plug. At new details diameters are equal:
 – A gear wheel axis – 19,9 +0,094 Mm;
 – Internal diameter запрессованной plugs – 20 +0,07 Mm;
Insignificant roughnesses on surfaces eliminate small наждачной a skin. At the big damages and deformations replace a shaft new.


On gear wheels there should not be damages or excessive deterioration of teeths. Special attention turn on a condition of end faces of teeths on wreaths of synchronizers.

The stain of contact of gearing of teeths of gear wheels should settle down on all working surface which should be smooth and without wear tracks. Check up a gearing backlash between the gear wheels which assembly size should be 0,10 mm; limiting deterioration – a backlash of 0,20 mm.

The assembly backlash between the plug and a gear wheel of I transfer and between secondary shaft and gear wheels II and III transfers should be 0,05–0,10 mm; limiting deterioration – a backlash of 0,15 mm.

At the deterioration exceeding admissible limits, gear wheels replace new.


Ball or roller bearings should be in an irreproachable condition. Their radial backlash should not exceed 0,05 mm.

Having pressed fingers an internal ring to external, turn one of them in both directions, качение thus should be smooth. On a surface of balls or rollers and paths качения damage rings are not supposed. The damaged bearings replace new. At replacement of the forward bearing of a primary shaft use pusher А.40006 (fig. in subsection 3.4 item 19 see); thus the flywheel can to be removed.


Deformation of plugs of a gear change is not supposed. Rods should slide freely without a considerable backlash in apertures картера.

Check up a condition of blocking crackers of rods, springs and balls of clamps. The details having traces of jamming or deterioration, replace new.


Check up, whether there are jamming traces on naves муфт no inclusion I–II and III–IV transfers, especially on sliding surfaces муфт. Special attention turn on a condition of end faces of teeths муфт.

Excessive deterioration of a surface of blocking rings is not supposed. It is necessary to replace them, if they rest an end face in муфту the synchronizer. The possible roughnesses interfering free sliding, eliminate velvet a file. The details, worn out more admissible limits, replace new.
