7.4.5. Editing of a beam of the back bridgeThe scheme of editing of a beam of the back bridge

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Attach to each end of a beam flanges А.70172 (used for editing, instead of for check of beams) and establish it on support of a hydraulic press so that the ends clamping traverses 2 were in a zone of deformation of a beam. The most probable arrangement of a zone of deformation, on distance of 200-300 mm from end faces of flanges of a beam. |
| 2. Establish a rack 7 with the indicator so that the indicator leg rested against the top part of a lateral surface of a flange, and the arrow of the indicator stood on the division equal to size of deformation of a beam, measured щупом at beam check. On the other hand beams establish or a rack with the indicator, or a square 4. |
| 3. Having established under a beam (in a deformation zone) a restrictive emphasis 6, correct a hydraulic press a beam, consistently, in horizontal and vertical planes, supervising results of editing on the indicator or щупом on a square 4. |
4. The maximum effort of a press at beam editing should not exceed 98 КН (10000 кгс) that there was no excessive deformation of section of a casing.
The prevention  At the height of the emphasis 6 which have been picked up correctly by practical consideration, a beam it is possible to correct without check by a square or the indicator.

| 5. Remove a beam from a press and check up it as it is specified above, having replaced flanges А.70172 with "verifying". |
| 6. In the absence of the appropriate equipment as the exception, is supposed editing of a beam of the back bridge, consistently, from each party, but with obligatory check of deformation of a beam from both parties (subsection 7.4.4 see). |
