| 1. Establish a head of cylinders on board А.60335. |
| 2. Disconnect a final collector and the inlet pipeline with the carburettor (simultaneously leaves заборник hot air). |
| 3. Disconnect a final branch pipe of a cooling shirt. |
| 4. Disconnect a branch pipe of tap of a liquid to a heater. |
| 5. Remove levers 11 (Detail fig. клапанного the mechanism see) valves, releasing them from springs 12. Remove springs of levers. |
| 6. Ослабьте counternuts 14, turn out adjusting bolts 13 and plugs of 15 adjusting bolts. |

7. Establish adaptation A.60311/R, compress springs of valves and release crackers (1 – adaptation A.60311/R; 2 – assembly board А.60335). Instead of portable adaptation A.60311/R it is possible to apply also the stationary adaptation 02.7823.9505. |
| 8. Remove springs of valves with plates and basic washers. |
| 9. Turn a head of cylinders and take out from the bottom party valves. |
| 10. Remove маслоотражательные caps from directing plugs. |
| 11. Collect a head of cylinders in return sequence. |
