3.11.6. Valves

1. Remove a deposit from valves. Check up, whether the core is deformed and whether there are no cracks on a plate; at damages replace the valve.
2. Check up, whether it is not too worn out and whether the working facet is damaged. At grinding of a working facet of the valve on the grinding machine tool maintain the corner of a facet equal 45°30’±5 ’, and watch, that the thickness of a cylindrical part of a plate of the valve after grinding was not less than 0,5 mm and also that the final valve did not have removed an alloy layer, наплавленный on a facet.
