3.6. Bench tests of the engineThe repaired engine is exposed to bench tests (обкатке) without loading on a following cycle:
– 820–900 mines-1 – 2 mines;
– 1000 mines-1 – 3 mines;
– 1500 mines-1 – 4 mines;
– 2000 mines-1 – 5 minutes
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. During time обкатки the repaired engine do not lead up its work to the maximum mode. |
2. Having established at the stand and having started the engine, check up the following:
– Whether there is no water or fuel leak between interfaced details, from connections of pipelines and through linings;
– Whether is not present подтекания some oil from under a sealing ring of the oil filter;
– Pressure of oil;
– Ignition installation;
– Frequency of rotation idling;
– Whether there are no extraneous knocks. |
3. If extraneous knocks or malfunctions are found out, stop the engine, eliminate them, and then continue tests. |
4. At подтекании oils through a lining between a cover and a head of cylinders or through linings between oil картером the engine, the block of cylinders and covers tighten fastening bolts the recommended moment. If oil leak does not stop, check up, whether linings are correctly established and if necessary replace them. |
5. As after repair the engine was not earned extra yet and the friction of working surfaces of new details shows considerable resistance to rotation, the certain period extra earnings is necessary. |
6. Specified in particular concerns those engines with which pistons, шатунные and radical bearings, перешлифованы necks of a cranked shaft, and also отхонингованы cylinders have been replaced. Therefore обкатка the engine should come to an end always on the car with observance of the recommended speeds of movement in the beginning of operation of the car. |
