| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. For hydraulic test for tightness of a shirt of cooling of a head of cylinders:
– Establish on a head the details entering into the complete set of adaptation A.60334;
– Force the pump water in a head under the pressure of 0,5 МПа (5 kgs/sm2). |
| 2. Within 2 minutes it should not be observed leaks of water from a head. At detection of cracks it is necessary to replace a head of cylinders. |
3. It is possible to check tightness of a head of cylinders the compressed air, for what:
– Establish on a head of cylinders the details entering into the complete set of adaptation A.60334;
– Lower a head of cylinders in a bath with water, нагретой till 60-80 ° With, and allow to a head of cylinders to get warm during 5 mines;
– Submit in a head of cylinders the compressed air under the pressure of 0,15–0,2 МПа (1,5–2 kgs/sm2). |
| 4. During 1–1,5 mines it should not be observed etchings of air from a head. |
