Dismantling

| 1. Disconnect the case of the pump from a cover 2 (fig. the Longitudinal section of the pump of a cooling liquid see). |

2. Fix a cover in a vice, using linings, and remove крыльчатку 2 from the platen stripper А.40026 (1 – stripper А.40026). |

3. Remove a nave 2 pulleys of the fan from the platen by means of stripper А.40005/1/5 (1 – a cover of the case of the pump, 3 – stripper А.40005/1/5). |
| 4. Turn out the lock screw 9 (fig. the Longitudinal section of the pump of a cooling liquid see) and take out the bearing with the pump platen. |
| 5. Remove an epiploon 11 from a cover of 2 cases. |

The control

| 1. Check up an axial backlash in the bearing. It is necessary to do this operation necessarily if considerable noise of the pump is marked. The backlash should not exceed 0,13 mm at loading 49 Н (5 кгс). At the big backlash the bearing replace. |
| 2. Between the pump and the block of cylinders at repair it is recommended to replace an epiploon of the pump and a lining. |
| 3. Examine the case and a pump cover. Deformations or cracks on them are not supposed. |

| 1. Establish оправкой an epiploon, without supposing a warp, in a case cover. |
| 2. Запрессуйте the bearing with the platen in a cover so that the nest of the lock screw has coincided with an aperture in a cover of the case of the pump. |
| 3. Wrap the lock screw of the bearing and зачеканьте nest contours that the screw did not weaken. |
| 4. Напрессуйте by means of adaptation A.60430 (fig. of Napressovka крыльчатки on the platen of the pump adaptation A.60430 see) on the platen a pulley nave, having sustained the size 84,4±0,1 mm. |
| 5. Напрессуйте крыльчатку on the platen by means of adaptation A.60430, having provided a backlash between shovels крыльчатки and the case of the pump of 0,9-1,3 mm. |
| 6. Collect the case of the pump with a cover, having established between them a lining. |
