3.13.7. A radiatorRemoval
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Merge a liquid from a radiator and the block of cylinders, having removed drain stoppers in the bottom tank of a radiator and on the block of cylinders; the crane of a heater of salon thus open, and a radiator stopper remove from a bulk mouth. |

| 2. Disconnect from a radiator hoses. |

Tightness check

| 1. Tightness of a radiator is checked in a bathroom with water. Having muffled radiator branch pipes, bring to it air under the pressure of 0,1 МПа (1 kgs/sm3) and lower in a bath with water not less than not 30 with. Thus it should not be observed air etchings. |
| 2. Insignificant damages solder soft solder, and at considerable replace a radiator new. |
| 3. Muffling (necessarily from two parties) no more than 1,5 % of cooling tubes of a radiator is supposed. |
