7.3.5. Check of a technical condition
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| Forward shaft (eccentricity check) |
| 1. Establish a shaft in the centres and, turning, check up palpation which should not exceed: on a pipe, on distance of 70 mm from trailer welded seams – 0,55 mm, on the pipe centre – 0,35 mm, on external diameters шлиц – 0,1 mm. |
| Back shaft (eccentricity check) |
| 2. Establish a shaft in the centres. Turning a shaft, check up its palpation which should not exceed: on a pipe, on distance of 70 mm from trailer welded seams – 0,55 mm, on the pipe centre – 0,35 mm. |
| 3. If palpation exceeds admissible limits, correct shaft under a press. At большем palpation it is recommended to replace shaft. |
| Shlitsevoe connection |
| 4. Check up a district backlash in шлицевом connection of a sliding plug forward карданного a shaft. A maximum permissible district backlash on average diameter шлиц – 0,30 mm. |
| 5. Check up a condition of a holder and an epiploon sliding муфты. If necessary, replace an epiploon, and, at damage, and a holder. |
| Kardannye hinges |
| 6. Check up a condition of cases of bearings, needles, thorns крестовины, epiploons, holders and plugs. |
| 7. If cases of bearings, needles and thorns крестовин are damaged or worn out, and also epiploons or their holders, replace крестовины in gathering with bearings. At a good condition of thorns and bearings крестовин check up a condition of epiploons and their holders. If epiploons have the big ring deterioration or pass greasing that it is possible to find out at check of a technical condition карданной transfers without dismantling, epiploons replace new. |
| 8. Diameter of an aperture of a plug under the needle bearing should not exceed 23,825 mm. |
| Elastic муфта |
| 9. Check up a condition of rubber elements elastic муфты. In the presence of cracks or отслоения rubbers from metal loose leaves elastic муфту replace. |
| Flange elastic муфты |
| 10. Check up a condition of the aligning plug of a flange elastic муфты. At considerable deterioration or plug damage replace a flange in gathering. |
| Intermediate support |
| 11. Check up a bearing condition, turning an internal ring in both directions and simultaneously pressing it to an external ring. Thus, the internal ring of the bearing should rotate smoothly, without jammings. Check up a condition of sealants of the bearing. If the bearing is worn out or damaged, replace its new. Check up, whether there are no damages or deformations of an intermediate support, if necessary, replace its new. |
