| 1. Before installation of the collected shatunno-piston group on the engine check up parallelism of axes of group the special device. |
| 2. For check the bottom head of a rod (without loose leaves) align on sliding knifes 2, and on the piston bottom establish calibre 4. A set щупов check up a backlash between a vertical plate of the adaptation and a vertical plane of calibre on distance of 125 mm from a corner or the top end of calibre (depending on that, than it concerns plates – with a corner or the top end). |
| 3. The backlash should not exceed 0,4 mm. If a backlash more, replace a rod. |
