8.1.5. Dismantling and assemblage of knots of a suspension bracketRemoval of a nave of a forward wheel by stripper А.40005/1/В

| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. If at suspension bracket repair full dismantling of its knots is necessary, it is more convenient for beginning directly on the car before compressing a suspension bracket spring. For this purpose:
– Unbend petals of lock plates, turn out bolts of fastening of a support, having taken him aside, and fix a support so that it did not hang on hoses;
– A stripper 67.7801.9514 (subsection 8.1.3 see) remove a cap of a nave of a forward wheel;
– Turn away an adjusting nut of bearings of a nave, remove a washer and, stripper А.40005/1/9В (fig. Removal of a nave of a forward wheel by stripper А.40005/1/В see), remove a nave in gathering with bearings, an epiploon and a brake disk; remove an internal ring of the internal bearing from a rotary fist. |
| 2. The further dismantling spend after removal from the car of knot of a suspension bracket, having fixed it on a workbench and operating in a following order. |

3. Turn away all nuts 1, remove lock plates and the lever of a rotary fist; the arm of 2 fastenings of a brake support and a protective casing 3 brake disks are thus released. |

4. Turn away a nut of fastening of a finger of the top hinge, establish the adaptation 3 (a stripper 67.7801.9513) between fingers of spherical hinges 2 and, wrapping a bolt of a stripper 4, выпрессуйте a finger of the top hinge from a rotary fist 1. |

5. Turn away a nut of fastening of a finger of the bottom hinge and establish between fingers of the hinge and an emphasis 2, the adaptation 3 (a stripper 67.7801.9513); wrapping the screw 4 strippers, выпрессуйте a finger 5 also remove the bottom lever from a fist. |
6. Assemblage of knots of a forward suspension bracket is spent in sequence, return dismantling. Thus:
– Bearings of naves of forward wheels grease with greasing ЛИТОЛ-24 as it is specified in subsection 8.1.3;
– Before assemblage of spherical hinges of levers of a suspension bracket put in protective covers greasing ШРБ-4 or ЛИТОЛ-24 in the quantity equal of 1/3 volumes of a cover in a free condition;
– Nuts and bolts of fastening of knots and suspension bracket details tighten the moments specified in subsection 14.1;
– After assemblage of a suspension bracket and its installation on the car follows «обмять» suspension bracket elements, having made 15–20-километровый run after which, necessarily check up and, if necessary, adjust corners of installation of wheels. |
