Generator details

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear and blow the generator the compressed air. Turn away the screw and remove щеткодержатель 2 with brushes.
2. Remove a pulley of the generator by means of the adaptation 67.7823.9504. For this purpose застопорьте a pulley the capture entering into the complete set of the adaptation, turn away a nut of fastening of a pulley and a stripper press a pulley. Remove шпонку and a conic washer of a pulley. The complete set of the adaptation 67.7823.9504 includes a usual stripper and capture. Last consists of two steel half rings which are put in a pulley stream. Half rings have the same section, as well as a belt of a drive of the generator. On the one hand they are connected шарнирно, and with another – are supplied by levers which are compressed by a hand at отворачивании nuts and pulley removal.
3. Turn away a nut of four coupling bolts 16 and disconnect a back cover 18 with статором 8 and выпрямительным the block 6 from a forward cover 11 with a rotor 9.
4. Take out a rotor with a remote ring from the bearing of a forward cover.
5. Turn away a nut of the screws connecting tips of gates with conclusions of a winding статора, take out from колодки 4 tip of the central conclusion of a winding статора and disconnect статор from a back cover.
6. Turn away a nut of a contact bolt 7 and take from a cover выпрямительный
