10.6.4. Check of wheel cylinders of back brakes at the standThe scheme of check of wheel cylinders of back brakes
1 – an emphasis of pistons;
2 – the tested cylinder;
3 – a cylinder arm;
4 – a manometre of low pressure; |
5 – a high pressure manometre;
6 – the cylinder for pressure creation;
7 – a vessel;
8 – a flywheel |
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Before check be convinced that details of the working cylinder freely move in the cylinder. |
2. Establish the cylinder on the stand, attach to it the pipeline from manometres and pump over system. |
3. Adjust an emphasis 1 so that pistons have been moved apart on the greatest distance. |
4. Check up absence of leak of a liquid. Connect a manometre of low pressure; slowly rotating a flywheel of management of the drive cylinder, establish pressure of a liquid 0,05 МПа (0,5 kgs/sm2). |
5. Be convinced that the established pressure is kept within 5 minutes |
6. Repeat similarly test at pressure 0,1–0,2–0,3–0,4–0,5 МПа (1–2–3–4–5 kgs/sm2). |
7. Lower pressure and connect a high pressure manometre. |
8. Adhering to the specified rules, repeat tests at pressure 5–10–15 МПа (50–100–150 kgs/sm2). Pressure decrease because of liquid leak through sealing elements, connections of pipelines, the union for prorolling of a liquid or through a casting time is not supposed. It is supposed insignificant (no more than 0,5 МПа (5 kgs/sm2) during 5 mines) pressure reduction, especially at more high pressures, because of усадки sealants. |
