Adjustment of position throttle заслонок the carburettor

And – partial opening throttle заслонки the primary chamber;

3 – the lever rigidly connected with an axis throttle заслонки of the primary chamber;

Adjustment of a drive of the starting arrangement

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Position throttle заслонок the carburettor 2105-1107010-20
1. Full opening throttle заслонок check turn of levers of their drive in position against the stop.
2. Size of the maximum opening throttle заслонки the primary chamber (13±0,5 mm) regulate подгибанием the bottom short moustache (fig. Adjustment of position throttle заслонок the carburettor see) lever 3.
3. Size of the maximum opening throttle заслонки the secondary chamber (15±0,5 mm) regulate заворачиванием or отворачиванием a pneumodrive rod.
4. Partial opening throttle заслонки the primary chamber at which the top short moustache of the lever 3 will adjoin to the lever 2, should be 6±0,1 mm. This size is regulated подгибанием the top short moustache of the lever 3.
The starting arrangement
5. At turn of the lever 1 (fig. Adjustment of a drive of the starting arrangement see) counter-clockwise against the stop air заслонка should be completely closed. And in this position of the lever the end of draught 3 should be in the end of a groove of a rod 4 starting arrangements, but thus not to move a rod. This requirement is carried out подгибанием draughts 3.
6. At completely closed air заслонке throttle заслонка the primary chamber should be slightly opened on 0,70–0,80 mm (a backlash With – distance between заслонкой and a chamber wall in a place of transitive apertures of system of idling). This backlash is regulated подгибанием draughts 7.
7. Completely closed air заслонка should open on 5 0,5 mm (backlash) a rod 4 starting arrangements at its moving manually to the right against the stop. This size is regulated by the screw 5.
Productivity of the accelerating pump
8. Productivity of the accelerating pump is checked for 10 (ten) full courses of the lever 4 (fig. Adjustment of position throttle заслонок the carburettor see) managements throttle заслонками. The fuel which has left a spray of the pump for these ten courses, gathers in a beaker. Its volume should be 5,25–8,75 sm3.
9. Before the check beginning make ten trial courses the lever 4 for filling of channels of the accelerating pump.
Tightness of the needle valve
10. Tightness of the needle valve is checked at the stand which provides fuel giving to the carburettor under the pressure of 30 КПа (3 m of a water column). After level installation in a control test tube of the stand, its falling is not supposed during 10–15 with. If fuel level in a test tube goes down, it specifies in fuel leak through the needle valve.
