| Wash out details in acetone or gasoline. The float should not have damages and any distortions of the form. The weight of a float should make 11–13 On condensing surfaces of the needle valve and its saddle the damages breaking tightness of the valve are not supposed. The valve should move freely in the nest, and its ball freely moves and not to hang. Faulty details replace new. |

| 1. Clear of a dirt and oil a cover both all apertures and channels. Wash out a cover in gasoline or acetone and blow compressed air. |
| 2. Examine condensed surfaces of a cover. If damages are found out, replace a cover new. |

| 2. Check up ease of movement of mobile elements of the pump (the lever, a roller, diaphragm details). Jammings are not supposed. The diaphragm should be whole, without deformations. The damaged details replace new. |
