5.3.1. The ignition distributorPreliminary check
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Before installation of the distributor of ignition on the stand check up a condition of contacts of the breaker (whether заедает on an axis рычажок with mobile contact) and effort of pressing of contacts which should be 4,9–5,88 Н (500–600 гс). |
2. Check up deterioration textolite колодки рычажка the breaker. In case of deterioration establish a demanded backlash between breaker contacts. If рычажок заедает on axes or ослабла its spring, replace contact group. |
3. If breaker contacts are polluted, have burnt or erosion smooth out their velvet надфилем have undergone. To apply to this purpose a grinding skin and other abrasive materials it is impossible. |
4. After зачистки wipe contacts of the breaker by the suede moistened in gasoline. Then delay рычажок that gasoline has evaporated, and wipe contacts once again dry suede. Instead of suede it is possible to apply any material which is not leaving fibres. |
5. Contacts should adjoin all surface. If it does not occur, that, turning in a rack arm, adjust position of motionless contact. It is impossible to turn in рычажок with mobile contact. |
6. Wipe a cover of the distributor of ignition from a dirt and oil. |
7. Slightly having raised a cover of the distributor of ignition, check up, whether there is a contact of a rotor against an electrode of a cover at the moment of disconnection of contacts of the breaker. |

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish the ignition distributor on the kontrolno-test bed for check of devices of ignition and connect it to the electric motor which frequency of rotation is regulated. |
2. Execute connections with the coil of ignition and with the storage battery of the stand (fig. the Scheme of system of ignition see). Four plugs of a cover connect to spark rated sportsmen, the backlash between which electrodes is regulated. |
3. Establish a backlash of 5 mm between electrodes of rated sportsmen, include the electric motor of the stand and rotate the platen of the distributor of ignition some minutes clockwise with frequency of 2000 mines-1. Then increase a backlash between electrodes to 10 mm and watch, whether there are no internal categories in the distributor. They come to light on a sound or on easing and fault искрения on a test bed rated sportsman. |
4. In an operating time the ignition distributor should not make considerable noise at any frequency of rotation of the platen. |

PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. Establish the ignition distributor on the stand and execute electric connections according to the instruction on the stand. Establish a backlash of 7 mm between rated sportsman electrodes. |
2. Include the electric motor of the stand and rotate the platen of the distributor of ignition with frequency of 150-200 mines-1. On the graduated disk of the stand note value in degrees at which one of four искрений is observed. |
3. Raising in steps frequency of rotation on 200–300 mines-1, define on a disk number of degrees of an advancing of the ignition, corresponding to each frequency of rotation of the platen of the distributor of ignition. |
4. The received characteristic of a centrifugal regulator of an advancing of ignition compare with the characteristic on fig. the Characteristic of a centrifugal regulator. |
5. If the characteristic differs from resulted on drawing it can be resulted in norm подгибанием racks of springs грузиков a centrifugal regulator. To 1100 mines-1 – turn in a rack of a thin spring, and over 1100 mines-1 – thick. For corner reduction increase a tension of springs, and for increase – reduce. |

1. Establish the distributor on the test bed and remove from it a cover. Execute connections according to the instruction on the stand. |
2. Include the electric motor of the stand and finish frequency of rotation of the platen of the distributor of ignition to 1000 mines-1. |
3. On the shined sites of a scale measure size of a corner of the closed condition of contacts which should be 55±3 °. |
4. Then check up corners between the moments of disconnection of contacts on cylinders concerning the first (асинхронизм) which should not differ from nominal more than on ±1 °. |

Check of resistance of isolation
PERFORMANCE ORDER |
Resistance of isolation between various plugs and weight should be checked up мегомметром. Resistance between the low-voltage plug of the breaker and weight measure at the opened contacts of the breaker. Resistance of isolation at 25±5 ° With should be not less than 10 МОм. |

Condenser check

The capacity of the condenser measured in a range of frequency between 50 and 1000 Hz, should be in limits 0,20–0,25 мкФ. |
