3.14.3.3. Check

Specification for spring check редукционного the valve


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. After dismantling all details of the pump wash out kerosene or gasoline, blow a stream of compressed air, and then examine the case and a pump cover; in the presence of detail cracks replace.
2. Check up a set щупов backlashes between teeths of gear wheels, and also between external diameters of gear wheels and walls of the case of the pump which should be according to 0,15 mm (maximum permissible 0,25 mm) and 0,11 – 0,18 mm (maximum permissible 0,25 mm).
3. If backlashes exceed limiting values replace gear wheels, and at necessity and the pump case.
4. Щупом and a ruler check up a backlash between end faces of gear wheels and a plane of the case which should be equal 0,066–0,161 mm (maximum permissible 0,2 mm). If the backlash is more 0,2 mm, replace gear wheels or the case of the pump depending on that has undergone to deterioration.
5. Having measured details, define a backlash between a conducted gear wheel and its axis which should be 0,017–0,057 mm (maximum permissible 0,1 mm), and also between shaft of the pump and an aperture in the case, this backlash should be 0,016–0,055 mm (maximum permissible 0,1 mm). If backlashes exceed limiting, replace the worn out details.

6. At repair of the oil pump check up редукционный the valve. Pay attention to valve and pump surfaces as possible pollution or adjournment on interfaced surfaces can lead to jamming. On an interfaced surface of the valve should not be забоин and agnails which can lead to pressure reduction in system.
7. Check up elasticity of a spring редукционного the valve, comparing the obtained data with resulted on fig. the Specification for spring check редукционного the valve.

8. On surfaces of basic necks of the platen and on a working surface of the clown there should not be dents and рисок.
9. On teeths of gear wheels of a drive of the oil pump and the ignition distributor are not supposed выкрашивания, at such defect replace the platen and a gear wheel.

10. Check up internal diameter of plugs, them запрессовку in nests, and also coincidence of a lubricant aperture in the forward plug with the channel in the block of cylinders (проворачивание plugs). The internal surface should be smooth and without задиров.
11. Having measured diameters of the platen and plugs, define backlashes between plugs and basic surfaces of the platen. If the backlash exceeds 0,15 mm (limiting deterioration), and also at damage of surfaces of plugs or their easing запрессовки, replace plugs.
12. At replacement use both for removal, and for installation, оправкой А.60333/1/2 (1 – оправка А.60333/1/2).
13. Plugs should be запрессованы in nests, thus an aperture for oil in the forward plug should be against the channel in the block of cylinders.
14. After запрессовки plugs should be definitively processed and finished on internal diameter (the sizes are given on fig. the Basic sizes of the oil pump and its drive).
15. To provide full соосность shaft plugs, development А.90353 by which both plugs are simultaneously processed is applied to their operational development.

16. The internal surface should be smooth and without задиров, otherwise the plug replace.
17. For выпрессовки and запрессовки plugs use оправкой А.60326/R (1 – оправка А.60326/R).
18. After запрессовки the plug develop till the diameter of 16,016-16,037 mm.
