7. Adaptation A.60312 turn on and remove the oil filter with a lining. |
| 8. Turn out the gauge of a control lamp of pressure of oil, uncover сапуна ventilation картера, картер and the oil pump. Remove a clamp of a drain tube of an oil separator and take out a ventilation oil separator картера. |

9. Remove a pulley of a cranked shaft, having fixed a flywheel clamp А.60330/R (fig. flywheel Removal see) and having turned on key А.50121 a ratchet. |
| 10. Uncover heads of cylinders and a cover of a chain drive of a camshaft. Turn away bolts of fastening of asterisks of a camshaft and a shaft of a drive of the oil pump. |
| 11. Ослабьте колпачковую a nut 6 (fig. Removal натяжителя see and calm of a chain) натяжителя chains, turn on nuts of 4 its fastenings to a head of cylinders, remove натяжитель and, having turned away a bolt 2, remove a boot 3 натяжителя chains. |
| 12. Turn away a restrictive finger of a chain, remove asterisks of a drive of the oil pump and a camshaft and take out a chain. |

13. Ослабьте nuts of hairpins 4. Having turned away a fastening nut, remove the case of bearings of hairpins 4 and, having removed a persistent flange 1, cautiously not to damage a surface of support of the case of 3 bearings, take out a camshaft 2. |
| 14. Turn away bolts of fastening of a head of cylinders and remove it together with a final collector and the inlet pipeline. |

15. Remove a persistent flange of 1 platen of a drive of the oil pump and take out the platen 3 of the block of cylinders (2 – a bolt of fastening of a flange, 4 – a key). |

16. Universal stripper А.40005/1/7 from complete set А.40005 remove an asterisk from a cranked shaft. |
| 17. Turn away a nut шатунных bolts, remove covers of rods and cautiously take out through cylinders pistons with rods. |
The prevention  At engine dismantling mark the piston, a rod, loose leaves radical and шатунных bearings that at assemblage to establish them on a former place.

| 18. Establish a clamp 5 (fig. flywheel Removal see), turn away bolts 3, remove a washer 4 and a flywheel from a cranked shaft, remove a forward cover картера couplings. |

19. Pusher А.40006 take out the bearing of a primary shaft of a transmission from a nest in cranked to a shaft. |
| 20. Remove the holder of an epiploon of a cranked shaft. |
| 21. Turn away bolts of covers of radical bearings. Remove them together with the bottom loose leaves, remove a cranked shaft, the top loose leaves and persistent half rings on a back support. |
