3.6. Bench tests of the engineThe repaired engine is exposed to bench tests (обкатке) without loading on a following cycle:
– 820–900 mines-1 – 2 mines;
– 1000 mines-1 – 3 mines;
– 1500 mines-1 – 4 mines;
– 2000 mines-1 – 5 minutes
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. During time обкатки the repaired engine do not lead up its work to the maximum mode. |
2. Having established at the stand and having started the engine, check up the following:
– Whether there is no water or fuel leak between interfaced details, from connections of pipelines and through linings;
– Whether is not present подтекания some oil from under a sealing ring of the oil filter;
– Pressure of oil;
– Ignition installation;
– Frequency of rotation idling;
– Whether there are no extraneous knocks. |
| 3. If extraneous knocks or malfunctions are found out, stop the engine, eliminate them, and then continue tests. |
| 4. If oil leak does not stop, check up, whether linings are correctly established and if necessary replace them. |
