Till 1980 on cars VAZ-2101,-2102 was applied the distributor of ignition Р-125. It was put on engines with old carburettors of type 2101. This distributor of ignition had an oktan-proof-reader 4 who could change a corner of an advancing of ignition in small limits.
Since 1980, when on engines carburettors 2105-1107010 have started to be established (type "Ozone"), the distributor of ignition 30.3706-01 with a vacuum regulator of an advancing of ignition began to be established. In a transition period the distributor of ignition 30.3706-83 which could be established on engines with old carburettors was issued still. It did not have vacuum regulator, and in other its design was similar to a design of the distributor of ignition 30.3706-01.
There are still distributors of ignition 30.3706 which differ longer platen and are established on engines 2103 and 2106. For difference distributors of ignition 30.3706 have a flute "and" on the platen end.
