3.14.3.2. Dismantling and assemblage

Dismantling of the oil pump

1 – редукционный the valve;

2 – a spring;

3 – a cover;

4 – the case;

5 – the platen


PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Fix the oil pump cautiously in a vice not to damage the case.
2. Turn away bolts and remove a reception branch pipe together with редукционным the valve of pressure of oil.
3. Uncover 3 cases of the pump and take out from the case the platen of the pump with a leading gear wheel and a conducted gear wheel.
4. For assemblage cautiously fix the pump in a vice and execute operations in a following order:
      – Establish in the pump case a leading gear wheel with shaft, and a conducted gear wheel put on an axis in the case;
      – Establish a pump cover, редукционный the valve with a spring and attach a reception branch pipe to the pump case.

The prevention

After pump assemblage, at проворачивании the leading platen a hand, gear wheels should rotate smoothly and without jamming.
