8.3.2. Dismantling and shock-absorber assemblage
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
1. After an external sink fix the shock-absorber in a vice.
The prevention  Special sponges are applied to fastening of the shock-absorber and its details in a vice 67.7824.9513-001.

| 2. Having extended a shock-absorber rod against the stop, turn away a nut 29 (fig. Shock-absorbers of forward and back suspension brackets see) tank key А.57034/R, take out from the tank the working cylinder 21 with a rod 20 and its details. Release the tank from a vice and merge from it a liquid. |
| 3. A key 67.7824.9513-005 take out directing plug 23 rods from the working cylinder. Take out from the cylinder a rod 20 in gathering with the piston and other details and merge a liquid. Cautiously, special оправкой beat out from the cylinder the case 2 valves of compression in gathering with details. |
4. Enclose a rod with the piston in sponges, clamp in a vice and turn away a nut 8 valves of return. Remove the piston 10 with valves (перепускным and returns), directing plug 23, an epiploon 26 rods, a holder 25 epiploons and other details.
The prevention At the shock-absorber of a forward suspension bracket for convenience of survey of a surface of the rod covered with a casing, it is recommended to press a casing also.

| 5. Disassemble the compression valve for what remove a holder 6, and then consistently take out from the case 2 spring 5, a plate 7 and disks of the valve 3 and 4. |
6. Shock-absorber assemblage spend in sequence, return dismantling, taking into account the following:
– After assemblage of the valve of compression be convinced available a free wheeling of a plate 7 and valve disks;
– A holder 6 напрессовывайте on the case 2 special оправкой;
– The compression valve запрессовывайте in the cylinder оправкой 67.7824.9513-004;
– For simplification of assemblage of the details located on a rod, use directing 67.7824.9513-003;
– The throttle disk 15 forward shock-absorbers has three grooves on external diameter, and a throttle disk of the back shock-absorber – six;
– A spring of the valve of return of the forward shock-absorber омедненная, the back shock-absorber – without a covering;
– A nut of the valve of return tighten the moment 11,7–14,7 Н·м (1,2–1,5 кгс·м);
– A tank nut tighten at completely put forward rod a key 67.7824.9513-002 (the moment of a tightening 68,6–88,2 Н·м (7–9 кгс·м). |
