8.2.2. Removal and suspension bracket installation

Details of a back suspension bracket

1 – the bottom longitudinal bar;
2 – the rubber plug;
3 – an arm of fastening of the bottom longitudinal bar to a body;
4 – распорная the plug;
5 – the top longitudinal bar;
6 – the additional buffer of a course of compression;
7 – a spring;
8 – the top cup of a spring;
9 – the buffer of a course of compression;
10 – the top isolating lining of a spring;
11 – the shock-absorber;
12 – the bottom isolating lining of a spring;
13 – a cross-section bar

Removal
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Lift a back part of the car and establish on supports. Remove back wheels.
2. Disconnect карданный a shaft from a flange of a leading gear wheel of the main transfer.
3. Disconnect a hose of a hydrodrive of brakes from the steel tube established on the bridge, and take the measures preventing leak of a liquid from system of brakes.
4. Disconnect from a body an arm of a back cable of a lay brake, remove оттяжную a spring of a forward cable and, having turned away a counternut and an adjusting nut, release a branch of a back cable. Disconnect from an arm on a beam of the bridge draught of a drive of a regulator of pressure of back brakes. Disconnect the top ends of shock-absorbers.
5. Put under a beam of the back bridge a hydraulic jack. Disconnect longitudinal and cross-section bars from arms on a body, lower a jack and remove the bridge.
6. Start suspension bracket dismantling:
      - Remove shock-absorbers from arms on a bridge beam;
      - Disconnect longitudinal and cross-section bars from arms on a bridge beam.

The scheme of installation of a back suspension bracket

 

1 – a body longeron;
2 - an arm of a cross-section bar;

3 – a beam of the back bridge;

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Installation of a back suspension bracket is spent to sequences, return to removal.
2. Thus establish on a suspension bracket of a spring of the same class, as on a forward suspension bracket. In exceptional cases, when on a forward suspension bracket are established springs of a class And (with yellow marks), and for a back suspension bracket of springs of such class are not present, installation on a back suspension bracket of springs of a class In (with green marks) is supposed.
3. To exclude damage and an excessive tightening of elastic plugs of hinges of bars and shock-absorbers:
      - Load a back part of the car so that distance from a beam of the bridge to the body longeron, measured in 100 mm from an arm of a cross-section bar, made 125 mm;
      - Tighten динамометрическим a nut key on bolts of fastening of longitudinal and cross-section bars, and also on fingers of fastening of shock-absorbers to a beam of the bridge and to a body.
