11.6.5.1. The gauge of the index of temperature of a cooling liquid

Gauge BM-150 type. It is established in a fuel tank and fastens to it screws.

The gauge has the variable resistor from нихромовой a wire.

Mobile contact of the resistor copes the lever with a float. On the short end of this lever there is also the mobile contact including a control lamp of a reserve of fuel if in a tank there were 4–6,5 l of gasoline.

At an empty tank resistance of the gauge should be 315–345 Ohm, with a tank filled half – 108–128 Ohm, and at a full tank – it is less or equally 7 Ohm.
