13.1.2. Features of the device and repair
Dismantling, assemblage and repair of the engine 21011 are similar to dismantling, assemblage and repair of the engine 2101. Some differences are available under repair blocks of cylinders (other sizes of cylinders) and in selection of pistons.

At repair of the block of cylinders хонинговать cylinders it is necessary under increased diameters of pistons of the repair sizes (on 0,4 and 0,8 mm) and taking into account maintenance of a backlash of 0,05-0,07 mm between the piston and the cylinder which is measured also, as well as on the engine 2101.

Till 1988 diameters of pistons were less specified in 0,01 mm.
The increase for the repair sizes of pistons makes 0,4 and 0,8 mm. Till 1986 pistons of the repair sizes were issued with increase in diameter at 0,4 and 0,7 mm.
Also, as on the engine 2101, pistons of one engine should not differ - on weight more, than for 2,5 At weight adjustment I will eat metal should not exceed 4,5 mm on depth concerning nominal height of the piston (59,4 mm), and on width should be limited in diameter 70,5 mm.
On the piston bottom there is a dredging in diameter of 55 mm and depth of 1,9 mm.

At installation of pistons in cylinders it is necessary to apply the set of plugs 02.7854.9500 similar to a set of plugs A.60604 (fig. in subsection 3.5 item 9 see).
In a set 02. 7854.9500 three plugs enter: one – for pistons of the normal size, two – for pistons of the repair sizes (the increased on 0,4 and 0,8 mm).
