THE REASON
ELIMINATION METHOD
The electric motor does not work
Wires are damaged or connections of wires were oxidised Check up and restore connections. Replace the damaged wires
Has fused a safety lock 2 in the block of safety locks Replace a safety lock
The heater switch is damaged – pressure does not move for the weekend switch plugs

Check up the switch, if necessary replace new

Lag or deterioration of brushes of the electric motor, breakage in a winding of an anchor or collector pollution

Check up the electric motor, repair or replace

Short circuit on weight of a winding of an anchor – at electric motor inclusion burns down a safety lock Replace the electric motor
The electric motor works only on one speed
Wires are damaged or connections of wires were oxidised Replace the damaged wires, smooth out tips of wires
The heater switch is damaged Replace the switch
Has fused the additional resistor Replace the resistor
The electric motor anchor rotates slowly
Pollution or collector oxidation, deterioration of brushes Smooth out a collector, replace brushes

  – Breakage of a winding of the resistor;   – Replace the gauge;
  – Weak contact of a slip ring of the resistor;   – Turn in contact;
  – негерметичен a float   – Replace a float
Ослабли nuts of fastening of the device Tighten nuts
The arrow of the index of level of fuel constantly is in the scale end
The device is damaged Replace the device
The flexible tyre of the gauge is closed with a tube of a fence of fuel Unbend the tyre
The wire of connection with the gauge is closed on weight Check up, eliminate short circuit

Nuts of fastening of tips of a flexible shaft of a drive of a speedometer are not tightened Check up, tighten nuts
Breakage of a flexible shaft of a drive Replace a flexible shaft
The speedometer mechanism is damaged Replace a speedometer or a combination of devices
Noise of a flexible shaft of a drive of a speedometer
The cover of a flexible shaft of a drive (a dent, excesses, etc.) is deformed Replace a flexible shaft
Installation of a flexible shaft is executed with radiuses of a bend less than 100 mm
