10.5.2. Removal and installationThe brake mechanism of a forward wheel
1 – the union for drive prorolling
The brake mechanism;
2 – a connecting tube of working cylinders;
3 – the piston of the wheel cylinder;
4 – a clamp of the wheel cylinder;

6 – a sealing ring;
7 – a dustproof cap;
8 – fastening fingers колодок; |
9 – a bolt of fastening of a support to an arm;
10 – a rotary fist;
11 – an arm of fastening of a support;
12 – a support;
13 – a protective casing;
14 – шплинт;
15 – a clamping spring колодки;
16 – brake колодки;
17 – the wheel cylinder;

Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Lift a forward part of the car, establish it on supports and remove a wheel. |
| 2. Turn away the union, disconnect from a highway a flexible hose of a brake; muffle apertures of a hose and a steel tube to prevent leak of a brake liquid. |
| 3. Having taken out шплинты 14, and then fingers 8 with springs, remove springs 15 and brake колодки 16. Колодки mark, that at assemblage to establish on former places. |
| 4. Having unbent lock plates, turn away two bolts 9 with which the support fastens to an arm, and remove a support 12. |
The prevention  Removal of the brake mechanism (without a brake disk) in gathering with brake колодками is supposed. Thus it is enough to disconnect a hose of a support and to turn away bolts of 9 fastenings of a support.

Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Installation of a support of the brake mechanism is spent to sequences, return to removal. |
| 2. After installation restore liquid level in a tank and pump over system for air removal. |
