12.2.3. Replacement of a back wing

Places of welding of a back wing

Points designate seams of contact welding.

Arrows specify points of gas welding.

Rules of repair of a back wing same, as well as for a forward wing.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. At wing replacement remove a back bumper, a back lantern, катафот.
2. Release a luggage carrier. Remove a rubber sealant, a trunk floor upholstery, a fuel tank (if the right wing varies) and disconnect electroconducting.
3. Cut down thin острозаточенным a chisel or cut off the grinding machine on a connection wing:
      – With an arch of a back wheel on a bend, having receded from an edge of a wing of 20 mm;
      – With a floor of a spare wheel (or a fuel tank) on a bend, having receded from an edge of a wing of 12-15 mm;
      – With the panel of a back of a body, having receded from a connection line on 2 mm;
      – With the panel of a cross-beam of a back window, having receded from an edge of a bend of a wing of 2 mm;
      – With a back part боковины on a bend, having receded from an edge of a wing of 15-20 mm.
4. Cut down a square of connection of a wing with the panel of a back of the top part on a horizontal line, having receded from an edge of a square of 15 mm.
5. Drill points of contact welding on connections of a wing with the back lateral panel of a roof and disconnect a wing.
6. Remove the remained strips of a wing in connections with a body and smooth out the grinding machine seats of elements of a body and a new wing.
7. Adjust a new wing in a place of landing and take quick-detachable captures.
8. Weld covered with gas welding to the bottom and back part боковины, to the panel of a cross-beam of a back window, the lateral panel of a roof, to a square of connection of the panel of a back of a body, to a floor of a spare wheel (or a fuel tank). In drawing of a place of gas welding are specified by arrows.
9. Check up landing of a wing concerning interfaced surfaces and weld its contact welding with step of 40-50 mm.
10. Establish and weld wing amplifiers, having enclosed a lining.
