12.2.2. Replacement of a forward wing

Places of welding of a forward wing

Points designate seams of contact welding.

Arrows specify points of gas welding.

At insignificant damages (small dents, scratches, etc.), without removing a wing, execute рихтовку and colouring. After рихтовки necessarily check up a condition of an internal anticorrosive covering, if necessary, restore it.

At considerable deformations of a wing, ruptures, replace it.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a bumper, a cowl, the aerial, a forward door; from a wing remove the lateral index of turn, a headlight and a sidelight.
2. Cut down thin острозаточенным a chisel or cut off the grinding machine on a connection wing:
      – With the panel передка on 208 mm from a headlight downwards, having receded 2–3 mm from a connection line;
      – With a forward rack боковины a skeleton in length of 580 mm, having receded 5 mm from a line of a bend of the vertical amplifier;
      – With the bottom part боковины bodies on a vertical of 120 mm and horizontals of 180 mm, having receded from an edge of a wing of 25 mm.
3. Drill on the horizontal amplifier of a wing of a point of contact welding of the amplifier with elements передка on distance of 900 mm, and disconnect a wing from a body a thin flat chisel with the unbent end.
4. Remove thin острозаточенным a chisel the remained strips of a wing in connections with a body and smooth out the grinding machine seats of elements of a body and a new wing.
5. Remove a dirt and a rust in a cavity closed by a wing, and put цинхроматный ground ГФ-073.
6. Adjust a new wing in a place of landing and take its quick-detachable captures.
7. Weld covered with gas welding on the ends of the horizontal amplifier of a wing, in junctions of a wing with a headlight casing, with the panel передка and the bottom overlay боковины. In drawing of a place of gas welding are designated by arrows. For gas welding use brass пруток Л62, Л63.
8. Check up position of a wing and backlashes (fig. the Basic sections of a body (a body kind sideways see)) and (fig. the Basic sections of a body (a body kind from above see)), at established a cowl and a door.
9. Weld covered with contact welding with step of 40-50 mm. In the absence of the kontaktno-welding car, electric welding in the environment of carbonic gas by a semiautomatic device a wire of Sv 08Г1С or Sv 08Г2С 0,8 mm is supposed in diameter. Also gas welding of a waste fillet of a wing with a mudguard передка a wire св08 in diameter 1,6–2,0 mm, panels передка with a wing and the amplifier of a wing with a forward rack brass solder Л62 or Л63 with technical brown is supposed. Diameter brass прутков 2–3 mm.
