11.4.1.2. Dismantling, assemblage and check of a motor-reducer of a screen wiper

Details of the electric motor of a screen wiper

1 – a cover;
2 – the panel;
3 – a reducer gear wheel;
4 – a steel washer;
5 – a textolite washer;
6 – a cracker;
7 – the case;
8 – an anchor;
9 – a crank;
10 – a lock ring;
11 – a protective cap;
12 – a spring washer;
13 – a sealing ring;
14 – an adjusting washer;
15 – подпятник;
16 – an electric motor cover

The motor-reducer consists of a worm reducer and the electric motor of a direct current with excitation from constant magnets.

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. For motor-reducer dismantling turn away screws of fastening of a cover of 1 reducer and remove it together with the panel 2.
2. Then turn away screws of fastening of a cover 16 to the case 7 electric motors and separate them.
3. Take out an anchor 8 electric motors.
4. To remove a gear wheel 3 reducers, turn away a nut of fastening of a crank 9, remove a lock ring from an axis and take out from the case an axis with a gear wheel and washers.
5. After dismantling blow internal cavities of the electric motor the compressed air for removal of adjournment of a coal dust and check up a condition of brushes and a collector.
6. Brushes should freely, without jammings to move in щеткодержателях, and springs should be whole and have sufficient elasticity.
7. A collector smooth out a fine-grained grinding skin, and then wipe the pure rag slightly greased with technical vaseline. If the collector has strongly scorched or is worn out, it is better to replace a motor-reducer new.
8. Check up, whether there are no jamming traces on necks of a shaft of an anchor. If necessary smooth out their fine-grained grinding skin.
9. At assemblage take away brushes from a collector not to break them and not on-harm their edges, and an anchor into the case insert with extra care, avoiding anchor blows about poles not to break them.
10. After assemblage, for centering of bearings, knock with a wooden hammer on the motor-reducer case, and then check up it at the stand.
